We all love honey. We love it in our salad dressings, spooned into our herbal teas, drizzled over pancakes and most of all lathered on thick buttery honey toast (‘After You’ anyone?!) Unfortunately, a lot of the honey we buy today at our local supermarkets isn’t exactly as pure as what we believe. (There are some easy experiments you can perform at home to test whether or not the honey in your pantry is genuine – just ask Google). And so, because of this, we find ourselves constantly looking for alternatives – preferably all natural ones.
