Is ordering online secure?

Yes definitely. We are using Omise Payment Gateway for all our transactions on the website. Omise payment gateway is one of the most secured payment platforms in Southeast Asia. We also use SSL secure connections on our website to encrypt all of your personal data. So rest assured, you are in good hands when it comes to online shopping.

Do I have to be a member to order online?

No you can certainly check out as a guest. However, becoming a member is super simple. All you have to do is fill out a form here and hit register. Once you have, you will be sent a confirmation email of your account with us. This way, all your information, including purchase history and delivery addresses are already stored in the system and you won’t have to re-enter them again making shopping a breeze.

How do I sign into my account and edit / change my information?

Once you are a member, all you have to do is login to our website and you can make changes to your details under “My Account” located on the right hand side below your username.

How do I place an order?

The first step is to sign up to become a member. Once you’re a member, simply head to the Shop page and begin browsing through our products. Add each selection to your shopping cart and checkout through our payment gateway. You will be guided and prompted every step of the way.

How will I know that you have received my order?

Once your order has been placed and your payment received, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours.

How do I know my orders have been shipped.

You will receive an update email once your order has been shipped along with the tracking link. All you have to do is just click on the link provided by us to track your order.

When do I receive my order?

If you are living in Bangkok and the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, you will receive your orders within 1-2 days. If you are living outside of Bangkok and the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, you will receive your order within 3-5 days.

How do you pack your goods?

Each product is packed with a layer of bubble wrap to avoid any damages along the way. Please see below some images of how we pack your orders.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel or change your orders.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order.

What is the order cut-off time?

This only applies to “next day delivery” orders. Please place all orders before 11am if you require your orders to be sent by the following day.

Can I sign up to your newsletter?

Of course you can! Just scroll to the bottom of our homepage and add your email address under the “Let’s Connect” area. You will then receive an email confirming the newsletter subscription and once you confirm you will be added to our mailing list.

What are your delivery methods?

Do you deliver to my area?

Yes, we deliver nationwide.

Do you do same day delivery?

Unfortunately, we don’t have this option available yet but once we do, we will update it on our website.

Do you do international shipping?

We currently do not ship outside of Thailand. However, we are looking to expand soon. Please check for updates on our website.

When will I get my goods?

If you are located in Bangkok, you will get your order within 1-2 days. However, if you are located outside of Bangkok, you will get your order within 3-5 days.

What if I’m not home when the delivery man comes by? Will they re-deliver?

Our delivery company of choice will call you in advance to inform you that they plan to deliver your order that day. In which case, you can specify as to what would be a suitable time for you to receive the delivery. So it is highly unlikely that your order will be delivered when you are not home.

Can I change my delivery information?

Once you’ve placed the order, we will generally start preparing right away. In cases where your delivery address needs to be changed, please email us immediately at orders@uv-intertrade.com  or contact us on Line: @uvintertrade quoting your reference number. If your order has not been shipped, we will proceed to change the delivery address for you. In cases where the order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers and internet banking.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

No, we don’t.

Do you provide Tax Invoice/Receipt?

Yes, if requested. Please email us at orders@uv-intertrade.com and quote your order reference number.

How do I get a refund or make a claim?

Orders can be claimed ONLY when an item is spoiled or damaged upon receipt. You have 24 hours to submit your claim. Please click here to find out more.

There’s a product missing in my order, who do I contact?

Email us at orders@uv-intertrade.com quoting your order reference number and information regarding the missing item. We will process your request as soon as possible at no extra charge.

Who can I contact if I have questions regarding my order?

How do I get a refund if an item I ordered is out of stock?

Please email us at claims@uv-intertrade.com quoting your order reference number and submit your claim. We will then proceed with the refund process.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Omise processes refunds immediately. Cardholders will receive the refunded amount between 48 hours or before next billing cycle. In rare cases it could take up to 30 days. For bank transfer payments, please contact us at claims@uv-intertrade.com and quote us your order reference number and we will be happy to refund directly to your bank account.

What if I want to buy in big quantities (wholesale)? Who do I contact?

Do you have a retail store?

We are happy to announce that by October this year, we will have a store located on the 4th Floor at Siam Discovery under our brand Nature’s Delight. It will be opened everyday from 10am-10pm.

Are you participating in any events?

Yes we are always participating in various events throughout the year. Just visit our homepage and look under the section “our events” to find out where we will be next. Alternatively, you can follow our social media accounts to keep tabs on our whereabouts.

Can you source particular products which are not available on your website?

Unfortunately, we are not able to source products that are not on the website. However, we are always looking to expand our product range so please do keep checking our website for any updates.

Do you provide value-added packaging for special occasions?

Yes we do! Please email us at info@uv-intertrade.com with all your inquiries and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I find a product?

Very simple, there’s a search bar on the top left hand corner of our website – just type in the product you would like to find and that’s it. Or the other way it to simply click on the tab Shop and you will be directed to our online shopping page which lists all our available products. From there, you can further filter your search by categories, price or even tags.

Where are your products from?

We source the best quality products from all over the world. For specifics, please head to the individual product listing page under Shop and under the Information tab, you’ll find all the details you need including origin.

How many date varieties are there?

We have all together 6 date varieties which are: Deglet Nour, Deglet Nour on branch, Medjoul, Ameri, Hayani and Zahidi.

What are the differences between each date variety?

Deglet Nour: Deglet nour dates are one of the most known varieties around the world. They are soft and easy to eat – perfect to cook in various recipes or as a snack on their own.

Deglet Nour on branch: They are the same variety as the Deglet Nour Dates but they come with the branch attached keeping them fresher, softer and more moist.

Medjoul: Medjoul dates are known as the king of the dates. They are bigger in size when compared to Deglet Nour, extremely soft, meaty, juicy and sweet – a lot like the taste of caramel. Medjoul dates are the primary source in the production of Silan – date honey.

Ameri: Ameri dates have a gorgeous reddish-brown skin with a shiny glow. These dates are similar to the Medjoul variety in terms sweetness but are slightly smaller in size.

Hayani: Hayani dates are not as sweet when compared to the other date varieties. They are a luscious dark brownish black color and very aromatic. They have a crunchier and smoother texture on the exterior. They also contain half the calories of other dates.

Zahidi: Zahidi Dates are a combination of a buttery nutty flavor and subtle sweetness. The appearance of this variety is round and short with a thicker golden to light brown skin.

Are there any health benefits to eating dried fruits?

There are a multitude of reasons as to why eating dried fruits are beneficial. Here are a few:

  • As most of the water content is removed from the actual fruit when its dried, it leaves a very condensed and nutrient dense product.
  • Generally, dried fruits contain a lot of fibre, more so than fresh fruits. Fiber, as we all know, is an absolute must for keeping our digestive systems in check.
  • Dried fruits (especially dates and figs) are known to have a lot of a type of antioxidant known as Phenols. These have been found to help fight a lot of serious illnesses and diseases.
  • Because dried fruits are high in calories per serve, it makes them a great candidate when looking for an energy source – great for pre/post workout, breakfast to kick start your day or for an afternoon snack for a slight boost.

Are your dried fruits naturally sweet?

All of our products are naturally sweet with no added sweeteners or sugars except cranberries. The reason being, cranberries when dried are extremely tart and virtually inedible.

Are there any differences between the red, black and white quinoa?

Only in texture. The taste and health benefits remain the same. White quinoa is generally fluffier, whilst red and black quinoa have a crunchier texture and the grains don’t stick together as much.

How do you cook quinoa?

It’s super simple! The ratio is 1:2. One cup of quinoa to 2 cups of water and bring it to boil. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer until the water is absorbed. In about, 15 to 20 minutes; it should be ready. Once it’s ready, fluff it out and serve with your favorite meats, in a salad or basically any dish as a healthier substitute for rice.

Are there any differences between the white and black chia seeds?

There are no nutritional or textural differences between white and black chia seeds. You are getting the same health benefits from both. It really comes down to the choice of color.

What can I make with chia seeds?

The best thing about chia seeds is that you don’t have to cook it. All you have to do is add a tablespoon to your water, juice or even smoothie. You can sprinkle them onto your breakfast cereal, smoothie bowls and yogurt. Or better yet, you can use it as an additional ingredient in making pancakes, waffles, cakes and breads for added texture and health benefits.

I notice white spots on the dates and figs; is this normal?

This is 100% normal and a very natural occurrence. All it is, is the natural sugars crystallizing forming tiny white specs.

The color of the figs are turning black, does that mean it is spoilt?

No not to worry. This is again a completely natural occurring process. It only means that the figs are ripe that’s all. Still very edible.

What are energy bites?

Energy bites are small bite size balls packed with goodness – dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Our energy bites are made wholly and solely from our very own products with zero preservatives. There are a total of six varieties suited to everyone’s palette – be it cranberries with oats or all Matcha with dates, almonds and cocoa powder. What are slices?

A sister of the energy bite, think of it as a no-bake healthy brownie. Made from 70% quality dark chocolate combined with our own dried fruits and nuts. Perfect with a tall latte or a warm cup of green tea.
