This month we would like to blog about our newest addition to our family of healthy products and that is Rolled Oats! It is also commonly known as old-fashioned or whole oats. Rolled oats look like flat, irregularly round, slightly textured discs. When processed, the whole grains of oats are first steamed to make them soft and then pressed to flatten them.
Now why are they yummy? Well, they can be used in a various hearty meals from breakfast bowls to cookies to muffins and many other baked goods. So this is really an amazing ingredient you should be stocking up in your pantry at home.
