Refunds & Claims

Once orders have been placed, they CANNOT be changed or cancelled. Please make sure that you place your orders correctly.

If you have paid for your order and the product(s) is out of stock, we will call or email to notify you. In cases where the product will be available in a short while, we will be happy to send it to you as soon as it is available. In other cases, we will refund your money for the unavailable product via our payment gateway.


Orders can be claimed ONLY when an item is spoiled or damaged upon receipt. You have 24 hours to submit your claim.

Follow the instructions below for the processing of claims:

  1. Email us quoting your order reference number and provide details of the damaged item.
  2. Attach clear images of the damaged item.
  3. Once we have verified that the information is true and correct, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
